Q1. Can I have a custom design?
A1: Yes. We specialize in producing customized glass bottles. We have a very professional design team .Can help our customers design any type of glass bottle. Alternatively, please provide your own drawings. It takes 15-20 working days to make new molds and samples.

Q2: Can i get a sample?
A2: 1). For inventory products, samples are provided free of charge, but you must pay for courier fees.
2). For new or customized products, we will charge a sample fee, and once the order is confirmed, we will refund the sample fee.Please understand that we send many samples every month, so we have received quite good discounts from DHL, FEDEX, TNT, and UPS. I will provide your confirmation before the samples are sent out. I also take photos before the sample is delivered.

Q3: What is the MOQ?
A3: Normally our MOQ will be 5000pcs. But for some bottles IN STOCK, the MOQ can be 300pcs.

Q4. What about the delivery time?
A4: For new products, the sample delivery time is 20-25 working days, and the batch delivery time is 20-30 working days after payment. This depends on the quantity. If we have inventory, we can ship within 3 days after confirming the order.

Q5. Do you have any other related products?
A5: Yes, we do. We provide you with accessories such as aluminum caps and cork plugs.We can make printed cardboard boxes together.When you receive bottles containing cardboard boxes, you can reuse these boxes.

Q6: Can we do printing on the bottles?
A6: Sure. Various of printing methods wil be offered,such as silk screen printing, hot stampina and silvelprinting. And we can also provide frosting, color spraying,decal,polishing, plating and label sticker etc.

Q7:lf any defective and broken bottles, how can you settle it for us?
A7: Please take a photo and show all the details clearly. If there is a quality issue, I will replace the damaged one in the next order. If it's not a quality issue, I will do my best to help you.

Q8: What is your shipping terms?
A8: EMS, FEDEX, DHL, TNT, UPS can be provided, Also by Sea or Air can be done.
